Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@ipmerch.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at returns@ipmerch.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • used items
  • items not in original packaging
  • gift cards
  • personalized or custom items, if applicable

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
